Global Design Resources Brings New Energy to Shenzhen Creative Week

Global Design Resources Brings New Energy to Shenzhen Creative Week

Improving the design capabilities is fundamental to China’s long-term development. Shenzhen Creative Week showcases international design talent and their respective works in order to electrify creativity within the exhibition. Access to designer resources is key for manufacturers, real estate developers and those in need of experienced project creatives as these designers can take their projects to the next level.

Shenzhen Creative Week invites hundreds of top international designers from Finland, Italy, Switzerland and other countries to showcase their designs and speak at the forums held over the 4-day fair. Design Dome (Hall 4) is where you will find these talented international industrial & interior designers.

This year, Shenzhen Creative Week invited the Architecture firm ‘Boffa Petrone + Parners’ (BP+p) to design and curate the Design Square located at the main entrance of the Exhibition Center. ‘Colore by Vasino’ follows the ideology of the collaboration between BP+p, Angelo Vasino S.p.A, and the organizer of Shenzhen Creative Week; the Shenzhen Furniture Association.

Shenzhen Creative Week is also proud to cooperate with Riptide City Culture Communications Co., Ltd to create the trendiest social event, PechaKucha Night. This event will take place in the Design Square allowing the sharing of design ideas and trends in a unique seminar format.

While the Fair actively diversifies the fair in terms of international design exhibitors, Shenzhen Creative Week maintains a strong commitment to the promotion of domestic designer talents. Chinese original design brands which represents the best of Chinese ingenuity exhibit their works of fashionable brands that attract young people with trendy, fashionable and creative features.

Another highlight is the upgraded International Designer Resources Pavilion located in Hall 4, Design Dome. 8 groups and 30 global leading designers from Italy, Switzerland, Finland, France, Belgium, South Korea and other countries and regions to provide insights into architecture design, commercial space design, home product design, design consultation, design management and brand building for domestic furniture companies. This in turn helps to elevate domestic furniture brands to the international level.

A key party of Design Dome is the ‘Evolution of Design’ Pavilion – which is the first to focus on the technological development of design and aims at driving design inspiration in China. It is a platform for connecting technologies, discovering suitable designers and discussing design values.

Bringing a New Innovative Direction to Shenzhen Creative Week

Bringing a New Innovative Direction to Shenzhen Creative Week

Every Shenzhen International Furniture Exhibition introduces the most up-to-date trends and provides analysis on the future direction of the home furnishings and real estate industries.

Turnkey Home, located in Hall 5 exemplifies the most discussed trends in the housing industry and showcases total integrated solutions for real estate companies to take advantage.

This year’s theme: “Shared Life” is depicted through eight model rooms, designed by Chinese and Japanese architects and interior designers interpreting the 8 stages of life.

Efficient construction methods and corresponding technologies achieve a more economical industrial housing process where time and material waste are limited.

There are other activities as well, including Chinese and Japanese masters onsite interaction and interpretation, free autograph session of idols and masters, and onsite sharing forums. The exhibition fully showcases the new model, new technologies, new methods and new thoughts related to housing industrialization through collaboration with global leading brands in housing industrialization.

This year’s Decoexpo located in Hall 6 exhibits companies who bring brand new business models to traditional housing retailers and dealers! It is not only a trade platform for home décor but also serves as an educational platform so visitors become more knowledgeable on how to reach their end-consumer.

Decoexpo introduces the Alliance Art Group, the dining and entertainment mogul that also entered the home lifestyle industry, and O-Living of Country Garden, the new purely-imported soft decoration accessory brand that leverages ecommerce and property developer resources. At the same time, the exhibition integrates ARTOPI@ and Zhongyi Saeco Coffee to create a representation of a full-service café.

Stricter Quality Evaluation for Exhibitors

Stricter Quality Evaluation for Exhibitors

Shenzhen Creative Week instituted mandatory quality control testing on all domestic furniture exhibitors. These strict quality safeguards mean all exhibitors now meet ‘The Shenzhen Standard’ for quality which involves a stricter set of criteria than the China National Standard.

The Shenzhen Furniture Association (SZFA) has conducted a series of spot checks on all applying companies and rates them with a rating of three, four, or five stars depending on the quality standard met. Unqualified companies are not allowed to exhibit.

The organizer, SZFA set up a quality education center and a series of Q/C stations at the venue. Shenzhen Creative Week not only encourages exhibitors to continuously improve their quality and create a safer trading environment for dealers with higher quality, but also helps them acquire more specialized quality-related knowledge. This allows the exhibitors and visitors to understand the trends and tackle problems on-site.

Continuously Improve Three-dimensional Services, Bring Warm To The Creative Week

Continuously Improve Three-dimensional Services, Bring Warm To The Creative Week

Continuously promoting the innovative service model of “manufacture + service + technology”, Shenzhen Creative Week & Furniture Exhibition improves more on services and makes humanized setup.

The exhibition introduces digital exhibition for the first time, and creates a whole-year uninterrupted quick handheld connecting platform for furniture companies, vendors and dealers. It satisfies the needs of dealers during the whole process and their potential needs. Before the exhibition, it helps dealers fully understand the brands and production information of all exhibitors so that they could have more time to select brands. During the exhibition, it realizes the fast and direct connection between dealers and the people in charge of the areas where their favored brands exhibit. After the exhibition, dealers can maintain deep connections with brand area responsible persons and update themselves with the information of brands and products uninterruptedly and quickly in the whole year.

Shenzhen Creative Week & Furniture Exhibition again upgrades face recognition and indoor navigation systems to enhance exhibition services with technologies. With respect to software services, it continuously upgrades the hardware products and software service systems in all starred venues to provide quality and intimate services.
